Problem
Politik ist zu oft von Lobbyisten korrumpiert, von Egos getrieben, von polarisierender Sprache geprägt und von den Bürgern entkoppelt. Viele wünsche sich einen tiefgehenden Wandel.
Ansatz
In einem dreitägigen Reallabor entwickeln 20 Teilnehmende aus ganz Europa Ideen für eine zukunftsfähigere Politik kollaborativ weiter.
Evaluation
Ein Prozess entlang der Theory-U mit zahlreichen Achtsamkeits- und Reflexions-Übungen, kreativen Ritualen und einen emergenten Prozessdesign. Das Ergebnis waren zahlreiche Zukunftsvisionen und Projektvorhaben für eine progressive, plurale, digitale Politik.
